The newest project with a strategic location, in the center of Tirana, at the intersection of “Myslym Shyri” Street and “Rinia” Park. The building is designed with 12 floors, the height of which increases from the fourth floor.
In terms of architecture, the phasing in the northern and eastern parts of the building will enable the development of green terraces and verandas.
Urban Peak Residence is designed to be a building with a very high safety coefficient against earthquakes.
