Our agile and highly-skilled team, consisting of over 200 professionals based in Albania, Kosovo, and Serbia, works remotely to serve as a reliable Competence Centre for clients in Europe and the UK. Additionally, our access to more than 60,000 freelancers enables us to deliver any requested professional profiles within 24 hours in the event of direct sourcing demands from our partners. With our staff and freelance network, IKONS is equipped to deliver up to 30 contracts simultaneously. Looking towards the future, we have established our own Training Lab to provide intensive training courses to young individuals who we then employ. Furthermore, IKONS and the ABKONS group as a whole have invested considerable effort in establishing relationships with technical and professional universities in the Western Balkans to ensure a long-term talent outreach in the region.
