POSEIDON
Poseidon, the newest project positioned along the Lungomare promenade, in the city of Vlora, constitutes a unique advantage for the residents and businesses of this business. Poseidon, scales in height to 11 floors, creating a dynamic movement of its structure and thus offering high architectural values to the ensemble of existing buildings.
The two symmetrical parts of the building scale towards each other, obtaining verandas with progressive surfaces.
The building has applied the ventilated facade system with metal structure, a new construction technology that ensures high energy efficiency, acoustic insulation, long-term performance of the building structure and protection against moisture. The use of transparent glazing on the ground floor facades creates a larger space of light and visibility.
