Irma Gjordumi is currently serving as the Technical Assets Manager at Blessed Investment, a role she began in June 2025. She brings over 15 years of multidisciplinary experience in the energy and infrastructure sector, blending technical, regulatory, and managerial expertise. In her current position, she is responsible for overseeing the performance, maintenance, and strategic development of technical assets to ensure their long-term value and operational efficiency.
Before joining Blessed Investment, she held the position of Head of Sector for Network Code Implementation and Regulatory Issues at OST sh.a (Albanian Transmission System Operator). In this capacity, she played a key role in aligning Albania’s transmission system operations with EU energy legislation, managing network user compliance, and contributing to the development of regulatory policy.
Throughout her career, Ms. Gjordumi has held various technical and leadership positions in institutions such as the Albanian Parliament and the Municipality of Tirana. She has also actively participated in major international energy initiatives, including projects with the European Energy Community and Med-TSO.
She holds a master’s degree in electrical engineering and has pursued advanced training in energy auditing and public administration. In addition to her native Albanian, she is proficient in English and Italian.
