Elona Telha is an experienced legal executive with extensive expertise developed across the financial services, energy, and infrastructure sectors, where she has held several senior management positions throughout her career.
Since 2022, she has served as Chief Legal Officer at Blessed Investment, overseeing the Group’s legal and regulatory affairs and contributing strategically to corporate governance, compliance, risk management, and complex business transactions.
Elona initially joined the Group as Head of the Contract Management Team at Abkons within the framework of the TAP Gas Pipeline project in Albania. In October 2018, she was appointed Administrator of AFI, responsible for managing the company’s operations in line with the policies defined by the Board of Directors. Prior to this role, she spent two years as Chief Legal Counsel of AFI, providing legal guidance across a broad range of matters, including litigation and corporate representation.
Before joining the Group, Elona built significant experience within Albania’s energy and banking sectors. She served as Head of Legal at OSHEE (formerly CEZ Albania), where she was responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s legal affairs. Earlier in her career, she held the position of Chief Legal Officer at OTP Bank Albania, leading the institution’s legal department and providing strategic legal counsel while managing a team of legal professionals.
Elona holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from University of Tirana and has been a licensed attorney admitted to the National Bar Association since March 2004.
