Ana Lleshi serves as the Legal Representative, Administrator of Blessed Investment shpk , covering also the position of the Chief Administrative Officer, supporting the company’s structure and efficiency to ensure that all processes are carried out with care and consistency. In this capacity Ana is also at the helm of some of the subsidiaries of Blessed Investment Group.
She has built her professional path within the Group, contributing to its growth from the early years to its recent investments in energy, technology, infrastructure, and real estate. Earlier in her career, as the Executive Assistant to the CEO, she worked closely with the management team, executive leadership, advisory board members, and shareholders, gaining valuable insight into multidisciplinary projects and internal coordination both locally and internationally.
Through this experience, she developed a solid understanding of work methodologies and operational processes, contributing to the coordination and implementation of key projects and corporate initiatives. This foundation has supported her later responsibilities in administration and governance.
In her current position, Ana works closely with the Group’s senior executives to ensure the effective management of administrative processes, corporate documentation, and legal compliance across Blessed Investment Group. Through this collaboration, she contributes to the consistent and transparent implementation of organizational practices, ensuring their alignment with the company’s strategic and operational objectives.
