Entela Gjyzari is a seasoned accounting and finance professional with extensive experience in financial management, budgeting, and reporting in various companies and industries, including financial services.
She holds the position of Group CFO since April 2021 in charge of coordinating top and bottom-line growth, financial planning and forecasting, tax matters, financial processes, and new business ventures. Prior to that, she was in charge of finance and reporting at Albanian Financial Institution, one of the most dynamic non-bank financial institutions in Albania.
Entela joined the Group following several years of experience in the financial services and oil & gas sectors holding various senior roles, including finance leadership. Some of the most prominent positions include Head of Management Control and Consolidation at Societe Generale Albania (now OTP) and Director of Finance & Operations at FED Invest, one of the first credit unions in the country.
Entela holds master’s and bachelor’s degrees in accounting and finance from the University of Tirana. In addition, she has successfully completed several professional trainings including in IFRS accounting and management development as well as an international finance course from Citi University in the UK.
