Besnik Leskaj
Besnik Leskaj is an active Chairman and entrepreneurial investor, specializing in the development of venture projects across renewable energy, infrastructure, ICT, finance, and tourism sectors. He is the founder of Blessed Investment Group, alongside a series of successful companies established internationally, expanding his influence and business acumen across multiple industries.
Beyond his entrepreneurial ventures, Besnik shares his expertise with both public and private entities as well as benevolent organizations. He actively mentors young entrepreneurs in the region, serves as an advisor for national and international businesses, and supports sustainable development initiatives. Besnik also frequently speaks at regional conferences, contributing to dialogues on investment, energy, and sustainable business development.

John Hughes
John Hughes is a seasoned Non-Executive Director with a specialism advising on risk mitigation and the management of strategy & governance internationally. He sits on private and public sector Boards and acts as a coach to numerous executives. He works extensively with companies going through rapid growth and change internationally. This followed a long career in BP as an expert in non-technical risk & external affairs; complex government affairs, strategic problem-solving, the provision of independent advice to executives and the development of international teams. He has Chaired Advisory Boards, Governance Boards, Audit & Risk Assurance, and Strategic Risk Committees. Current and recent non- exec roles include UK’s Government’s Trade Remedies Authority, Great Britain China Centre, & Ofsted; the London School of Economics; Abkons; Blessed Investment, Marlow Global; and the Community Schools Trust.

Anton Mifsud-Bonnici
Anton Mifsud-Bonnici is an advocate in private practice specialised in non-technical and ESG risk of the energy transition. He advises on governance and license to operate. His practical experience includes human rights, oil and gas, renewable energy, mining and green hydrogen in non-OECD countries. Mr. Mifsud-Bonnici also volunteers his time to civil society organizations dedicated to good governance, gender equality and human rights in Mozambique, Sierra Leone, DRC, Bosnia and Yemen.
